At two airport lounges (one in the US and one in London), I have encountered the airport robot. It (not sure of the robot’s pronouns) is quite unassuming and efficient. It quietly goes on with its work of circling the lounge area and bringing bins of dishes back to the kitchen. It is very polite and mindful of not running into you or the furniture. Kids and old people appear most interested in what it does, while the rest of humanity ignores it, trying to get one more free biscuit before heading off to their flight.
The same can be said for the nice lady who actually cleans up the tables and loads up the dish bins. She sounds like she is from some eastern European country with her vague Slavic accent. She is very polite and efficient. She busily goes about her work while the rest of humanity ignores her.
Both machines busily working away to make your day more enjoyable while the rest of humanity ignores them.
