Among the innumerable talents of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, one of the most overlooked was his remarkably successful chocolate shop.
You might ask yourself:
“Mozart had a chocolate shop in addition to composing over 800 works of music during his short 35 years of existence on this planet, including (but not limited to) his performing for the Emperor of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at age 6?”
I know it is hard to believe.
It is even harder to document because (in the all of 3 minutes I did of searching this topic on Google), it was difficult to find a connection.

“There is no record of Mozart ever making chocolate, though it is possible he may have enjoyed eating it.”
Tough to argue with.
I bring this topic up only because of the amazing plethora of Mozart-themed chocolate being sold throughout the City of Vienna.
Every tourist trap west of Bratislava has some on its shelves. Who would even know Amadeus composed music as compared to his diverse chocolate products?
Word.
If one could go back in time (actually possible – see prior post), you wonder if Mozart had any idea of the success of his violin-shaped chocolate box as compared to say. . .
